Refunds & Replacements

We stand behind every order. Here's exactly what's covered — and what isn't.

How It Works

Submit your claim within 14 days

All claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Contact our support team

Email contact@kasivit.com with a photograph of the issue and a brief explanation. The more detail you provide, the faster we can resolve it.

We review and notify you

Our team will review your claim and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement or refund. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Resolution — fast

If your claim is approved and you need a replacement, a new order ships within 3 business days. If you request a refund, a credit is applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

What's Covered

Errors on our part — fully covered

If the issue is due to an error on our part — wrong item sent, damaged in packing, defective product — we cover it completely. You choose: a full replacement shipped within 3 business days, or a full refund to your original payment method. No questions, no hassle.

Not Covered

The following situations are not eligible for a refund, account credit, or replacement:

📍 Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

📦 Unclaimed Packages

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

↩️ Buyer's Remorse

We do not issue refunds for orders where you have simply changed your mind about a purchase. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
